Night Nanny Services
We provide highly professional and trained night nannies so that new mothers can recover from postpartum and get the rest they desperately need. Our goal is to work with families from the first day a baby comes home until the baby is sleeping through the night (typically 7 pm - 7 am without waking).
With us, you don't need to search the browser for "how to find a nanny." We act as your partner, leaving every family with a smile and a happy, healthy sleeping baby by the time the assignment is complete (usually around 3 months).
What Is a Night Nanny?
A night nanny is an experienced professional available to work nights, weekends, and evenings to care for your infant. Unlike a standard babysitter, their primary responsibility is to manage the overnight routine so parents can enjoy a period of 10 hours of unbroken sleep without worrying about getting up to feed, settle, or change a diaper.
The Goal: Sleeping Through the Night
Our ultimate goal is to get your baby on a healthy schedule. Typically, by the time our assignment ends (often around the 3-month mark), we aim to have your baby sleeping through the night (7 pm to 7 am) so you can return to a normal life.
Core Nighttime Duties
Your night nanny handles all immediate needs, including feeding the baby, changing diapers, swaddling, and soothing the baby back to sleep. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Education for Parents
We don’t just do the work; we teach you. We instruct parents on how to take care of an infant at night, empowering you with the skills to maintain the routine long after we leave.
Flexibility & Recovery
Caregivers will work anywhere from three to seven nights per week, allowing parents to sleep longer and get the rest needed after giving birth. In special cases, the assignment can be extended if needed by the family.
